Neyvoi is being built for image-to-video creation, video templates, text-to-video generation, and AI image creation. The app will let you start with a selected photo, write a text prompt for a video, choose a template, or explore AI image creation.

Not yet. Neyvoi is in development, and Google Play availability is coming soon. There is no public store link at this time. This website provides product and support information; it does not offer downloads, browser generation, or waitlist registration.

Weekly membership costs US$4.99 per week and issues 400 diamonds each week. Annual membership costs US$34.99 per year and issues 800 diamonds each week. Both memberships renew automatically unless you cancel renewal through the purchasing platform.

The app's account deletion flow will be in Personal Settings: choose account deletion, review the notice, and complete confirmation. You can also email support@neyvoi.com for account or data deletion help, including if you cannot access the app. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription or issue a refund.

Membership diamonds are issued each week and expire at the end of that weekly allocation period. Unused membership diamonds reset and do not carry over. Annual membership is billed yearly, while its diamonds are issued weekly.

One-time diamond packs are available to members only. Purchased pack diamonds do not expire and are not removed merely because membership ends. This balance rule does not promise that every generation feature remains available without membership; applicable access requirements are shown in the app.

For an eligible purchase made after release, use Google Play's refund process or contact Neyvoi support for help. We honor refunds approved by Google Play and update the corresponding diamonds or paid access after confirmation. Canceling future renewal is separate from requesting a refund.

Email support@neyvoi.com with a concise description of your question. For an app issue after release, include the app version, device model, and steps to reproduce it; an order or creation reference can help locate a purchase or generation. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary personal information.

No. Neyvoi's AI generation will run on self-hosted models and generation servers operated by us. Prompts, selected input images, generated media, and related generation context will not be sent to third-party AI services. The app will connect to our servers over the internet; generation is not entirely on your device.

No. Neyvoi does not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, support attachments, or generated outputs to train any AI model, including general-purpose AI and foundation models.

No. Neyvoi will not perform facial recognition, extract facial-geometry data, create biometric identifiers, or use a face to identify a person. Selected photos will be visual input for the requested creative feature. Only submit images you have the rights and permissions to use.

Prompts, selected input images, and generated images and videos will be deleted from Neyvoi-operated generation servers no later than 36 hours after creation. Save results you want to keep. Limited account, billing, security, support, backup, and legal records have separate retention periods where necessary.

Yes. AI-generated media can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review outputs and check any rights or permissions before publishing, relying on them, or using them commercially.
